I founded Respiris to re-inspire people during one of the hardest moments of their careers: when their job ends and uncertainty begins. The idea came to life not in a boardroom, but through lived experience—mine and others’.
I’ve been the one delivering the news in HR, and I’ve also been the one on the receiving end after a company missed its funding round. I’ve navigated being a single parent, leaving a steady role, and trying to figure out what’s next while holding it all together.
During one of those moments, I talked with my daughter Iris about how we could help others in transition. She told me, “We don’t just inspire, we re-inspire.” That stuck. So I built Respiris: a place where AI, human coaching, and community come together to support people in their next chapter—not just with tools, but with care.
